I've known that I wanted to be a journalist since I was four years old. I started my own newspaper publication, "The Wright Family News," that featured stories about my immediate and distant relatives, a game page, and a few hand-drawn comics. Needless to say, I've been writing and reporting for a while.
My first college-level reporting class was Writing Across Multiple Platforms. I learned to write print and online articles, script broadcast and radio packages, and create resourcesful graphics to enhance my stories.
Aside from my college cirriculum, I've gained writing experience by working for "The Red & Black," an independent student newspaper reporting on the University of Georgia and the Athens area. As a contributor, I write for both the culture and news desks.
You can find most (if not all) of my written work on my blog.
